MG Hotels Ltd. (HK) is a registered Hong Kong Limited Company. Alzahid Mercuri Global Ltd. acts as Manager for day to day operations. The Board of Directors include:  Issam A. Alzahed (Chairman), Travis C. Hammond, Dr. Ray Iunius,  Stefan Fraenkel, and Margaret Brooke.
